Mobility Assistance
We’re doubling in size, giving locals and travelers even more PDX to love. We understand a bigger space can be harder to get around – we're here to help with mobility support services.
Vision Support
From crowds to following directional signs, airports can be especially tricky to navigate. At PDX, we offer tools to help people who are blind or visually impaired, and their service animals, move through the airport safely and confidently.
Hearing Support
Final boarding calls, lost personal item pages, and travel alerts – airport announcements matter. We have services to help ensure people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing get the information they need.
Invisible Disabilities
Travel can be stressful for everyone, but for someone with a hidden disability like autism or PTSD, an airport can feel especially overwhelming. We offer programs designed to meet individual needs and help everyone feel more at ease in our spaces.
Infants and Children
PDX feels like family, and we’re here to look out for yours, too. From privacy rooms to play areas, our airport is designed to offer peace of mind and fun opportunities for families on the go.
Caregivers
People who have an illness, injury, or disability may need a little extra support when traveling. We have services that support caregivers who provide both physical and emotional care while at the airport.
Language Access
PDX is your passport to the world. With translation services in over 240 languages, and signs and information available in Spanish, we’re here to help every traveler feel welcome and connected.
General Support
The magic of PDX is our people. Thousands of airport employees work together to keep our region moving and go the extra mile for you. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, we’re here to help you feel right at home.
