Interpretation with LanguageLine Solutions
Translation services in over 240 languages are available through LanguageLine Solutions, from 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily. To use the LanguageLine translation service, pick up a white paging telephone and press "0". Customer service representatives wearing blue coats can also help you access LanguageLine services.
Customer Service and Information
You can find PDX employees and volunteers ready to help you at various locations throughout PDX. Many offer support in languages other than English. Look for the people dressed in blue uniforms. You can also text or call 503-460-4234 for assistance, from 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Spanish speakers will find Spanish translations of select signage throughout the airport. Select information on this website is also available in Spanish. If your browser is set to English, you can manually change your language selection from “EN” for English to “ES” for Spanish using the dropdown menu in the top right corner of your screen. If your web browser is set to Spanish, the “ES” option will be selected by default.
