PDX Community Room Opens October 3

The new PDX has a lot of great improvements for passengers...and now there's an addition that's just for you! The PDX Community Room is a break room for anyone who works at PDX.

Officially opening on Thursday, October 3, you can find the room on lower D, under Gate D4. The room features DIRECTV, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi access, a microwave, puzzles, books and board games. Vending machines and computer workstations are planned for the future but won't be in place immediately. And, if you attended the employee open house events, you may remember signing a giant post-it note – these will be featured art pieces in the room!

How do I get there?

There are two routes for accessing the PDX Community room, from the D5 freight elevator or from the central waste area (red bage required) - you can see the routes marked on the map to the right. There will also be signage on lower D to point the way.
