In case you missed it, the Green Plate program is coming back to PDX!

But before we jump back into the full "dine-in with real plates and utensils" experience, we're doing a test run at Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen, MOD Pizza, and Mo’s Seafood & Chowder on Concourse C.

On Thursday, Nov. 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., head to any of these restaurants and follow these simple steps:

1. Place your order. Employees will ask if you’d like to ‘dine-in.’
   
   
2. Enjoy your food.
   
   
3. Drop off your dirty dishes. Look for bus tubs by the trash and recycling stations and leave food waste on the dishes – we’ll take care of composting. Relay Resources will monitor the carts, clean the dishes, and return them to the kitchen.
   
   
4. Share your thoughts. If you have feedback that could make the program better, send it to lesswaste@portofportland.com

Can't participate on Nov. 20, but excited to test it out soon? Look for the Green Plate program to officially launch in early December.
