To recognize airport employees who truly stand out as extraordinary, we hold the quarterly PDX People Customer Service Awards. Winners in each category – along with their managers and members of our volunteer working committee – are invited to attend the event in person while it's live-streamed on Facebook.

Our guest speaker this quarter is Drew Basore with Arup. Drew is part of the PDX Operation Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) team. The ORAT team brings you updates, information, interactive Share Outs and more - all of which you've likely seen in the terminal, on digital signage and in the weekly PDX People newsletter. At this event, Drew will share a presentation just for you, all about the upcoming transition into the new Ticket Hall and PDX Plaza including key information, tools, and upcoming engagement opportunities.

About Drew:

Drew is a consultant within Arup’s People & Organizations team based in Los Angeles. Drew graduated with a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, reinforcing his passion about projects focused on transformational outcomes, change management and team effectiveness. Prior to working with Arup, Drew has gained over 15 years of experience in the aviation and hospitality industries, holding Leadership roles with Delta Air Lines, JetBlue and working for Freeman Group Service Solutions, a hospitality centric consulting firm, where he designed, implemented, and maintained customized people focused programs.
