PDX People Customer Service Awards
Every quarter, we gather great customer service stories and recognize employees from each of the airport industries with a PDX People customer service award. We then honor these individuals during a live event. Whether you’re a guest or a coworker, you can make a nomination using the button above.
Annual Customer Service Celebration
Every year, we host a special event to honor the contributions of top employees over the past year, as selected by their managers.
PDX People Appreciation Events
Every September, we hold a week of events designed to honor and appreciate everyone who works at the airport. Throughout the year, we also like to surprise employees with giveaways, treats and swag as a way to say thanks.
On-the-Spot Recognition
Managers are provided with sealed envelopes containing $10 gift cards to participating PDX shops and restaurants. The envelopes can be used “on-the-spot” to thank employees who demonstrate exceptional customer service.
