Security Badges at Portland International Airport (PDX) are issued by the Security Badging Office. The process for applying for and obtaining a Security Badge has recently changed. We have created the Question & Answer list below to assist you in understanding the basic process for applying for a PDX Security Badge.
The Security Badging Office and Security Training Room have been combined and moved to a new location. The new location for the Security Badging Office is on the Mezzanine Level of the Terminal building.
Employee parking cards are now issued through the newly opened Employee Parking Office (EPO). The EPO is located on the south end of the baggage claim level of the Terminal in room #1757. The Employee Parking Office (EPO) hours of operation are 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Employee Parking Application Form Instructions:
Complete and print the Parking Application form including manager’s signature (manager’s signature not applicable for non-domicile flight crew requests). The Parking Application form can be downloaded by clicking here
Take completed form to the Employee Parking Office located on the south end of the baggage claim level (room #1757) in the PDX terminal. Remember to bring a current photo identification (PDX ID badge or valid driver’s license).
